Our Team Cares

​

Brad joined Rose Equipment in 1996 as a Service Tech and is currently the Heavy Equipment Account Executive. As a Service Tech, Brad excelled at equipment repairs and has extensive knowledge in mechanical operations and repairing equipment. He moved primarily to the sales department in 2011 and has been servicing Nebraska state-wide with municipal and construction equipment sales and repairs.

Mitzi is Rose Equipment's in-house superhero! She joined in 2019 during a reorganization to bring Rose Equipment into the 21st century, updating systems as the Financial Manager. Mitzi has 20 years of experience in construction and equipment. She excels at efficiency and organization and has extensive knowledge in the heavy equipment industry. She fills in for the team wherever needed, such as marketing, office management, and attending trade shows.

Russ is Rose Equipment's Service Specialist. He graduated from Midlands College and chose a construction equipment career path. He has extensive knowledge of parts service and equipment. He excels in providing options to fit customer needs. Russ is the man to call if you need parts or services.

​

Troy is Rose Equipment's parts specialist. He began his career in heavy equipment parts in 1981, which gave him considerable knowledge to find the parts that meet your needs. He also bakes the best chocolate chip cookies in the world, so if you don't need your parts delivered, you can pick them up and get a cookie.

​

Matt  gained his mechanical experience in the military. While serving he  specialized in F-16 maintenance and repairs. After leaving the military, he gained experience repairing automobiles and agriculture equipment—his attention to detail and customer service are just a few of his valued skills. In addition to Matt's technical expertise, he is a master in grilling lunch for our Friday Tool Box talks.

Randall served our country in the Navy SEABEE unit and specialized in heavy equipment operation. After serving our country, he went to work repairing heavy equipment. He has mechanical knowledge in cranes, semis, excavators, and automobiles; he has experience repairing almost all heavy equipment. Randall is our field technician and only a phone call away. He is a grandfather of 11, artistically talented, and an expert carpenter; if it is broken, Randall can fix it.
