Founded in 1970, Rose Equipment continues to serve the Nebraska and surrounding area as a locally owned and operated company.
Brad joined Rose Equipment in 1996 as a Service Tech and worked his way up to being the Owner/General Manager. Starting out as a service tech, Brad excelled at equipment repairs and has extensive knowledge in mechanical operations and repairing equipment. He moved into the sales department in 2011 and has been servicing Nebraska state-wide with municipal and construction equipment sales and repairs ever since.
Russ is Rose Equipment’s Service & Leasing Specialist and an alum of Midland College. He chose a career path in construction equipment and brings extensive knowledge of parts, service, and equipment solutions. Russ excels at providing options tailored to each customer’s needs. If you’re looking for parts or service, he’s the one to call.
Troy is Rose Equipment's parts specialist. He began his career in heavy equipment parts in 1981, which gave him considerable knowledge to find the parts that meet your needs. He also bakes the best chocolate chip cookies in the world, so if you don't need your parts delivered, you can pick them up and also get a cookie.
Randall proudly served our country in the Navy SEABEE unit and specialized in heavy equipment operation. After serving our country, he then went to work repairing heavy equipment. He has mechanical knowledge in cranes, semis, excavators, and automobiles; he has experience repairing almost all heavy equipment. Randall is our field technician and only a phone call away. He is a grandfather of 11, artistically talented, and an expert carpenter; if it's broken, Randall can fix it.
Kim has over 20 years of experience in accounting and construction equipment experience.
Lance grew up outside of Lincoln and came on board in late 2024 as a service tech. When Lance isn't taking care of your equipment you may spot him belting out some Bon Jovi at a local karaoke bar.
